EMS Updates
- Our EMS received our State license on June 1 and we officially started operating on June 2nd.
- We had 66 calls for EMS services in July, bringing out total to 149 calls since 6/2.
- Currently seeking resumes for EMS Captain! Must be submitted by 9/20/23 at 6pm. Email to info@nweauthority.org
FIRE Updates
- The NWEA officially began running fire calls on 5/15/23
- In August we had 13 calls, bringing our total to 67 for the year.
- SDBA Flow testing and fill station testing completed in August.
- WE NEED HELP – PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET INVOLVED!
Our bylaws
The Northwest Wexford Emergency Authority Bylaws were finalized on 03/29/22.
The emergency authority was established
The Northwest Wexford Emergency Authority (NWEA) was established on 3/14/22.
This is a joint effort between the Townships of Antioch, Hanover, Springville and Wexford to provide more economical EMS and Fire services to our residents. The behind the scenes work is getting finalized, and we will be up and running in the near future!!!
