EMS Updates
- YOUR EMS is working very hard to improve the quality of services we are able to offer!! More info to come!
- NWEA began responding to EMS calls on 06/02/2023
- We responded to 397 calls for EMS services in 2023
- We responded to 47 calls in January 2024
FIRE Updates
- A HUGE THANK YOU to Greg Blach at Total Tire for donating TWO sawzalls to our Fire Department!!!
- NWEA Fire began responding to fire calls on 5/15/23
- We responded to 125 calls in 2023.
- January 2024 we responded to 8 calls
- We have some of our new sets of gear!! You will soon be seeing it out and about when our guys and gals are responding to calls!
The emergency authority was established
The Northwest Wexford Emergency Authority (NWEA) was established on 3/14/22. This is a joint effort between the Townships of Antioch, Hanover, Springville and Wexford to provide more economical EMS and Fire services to our residents. It took a LOT of planning, but we are up and running !!
