Above is our latest view of the future state organization (from our 7/20/22 Meeting). We will obviously start with the basic positions and only staff the additional positions as needed while we mature the Authority.

This is our taxpayer's money and we believe in being fully transparent. We are are still working to finalize our budget, but we are sharing the work in progress.

Our board members have been working hard to launch the Authority. We need help - anyone interested in lending a hand, please contact us!
