Above is our latest view of the future state organization (from our 7/20/22 Meeting). We will obviously start with the basic positions and only staff the additional positions as needed while we mature the Authority.

This is our taxpayers' money and we believe in being fully transparent. We have adopted an initial budget, knowing adjustments may need to be made.
